This Privacy Policy discloses our practices regarding information collection and usage for InternetMoney.io (the “Website”), The Internet Money Wallet (the “App”), our Google Chrome extension, and any other services provided by us or our affiliates (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Our Website and Services are provided from the United States and all servers that make it available reside in the United States. You understand that data stored in the United States may be subject to lawful requests by the courts or law enforcement authorities in the United States. Company’s Services are non-custodial and decentralized by nature, and accordingly, we do not require that you provide us with any Personal Information. However, we may collect information, including Personal Information, when you provide such information to us directly, such as when you contact us over email or social media, or otherwise interact with us in connection with the Services. Your provision of your Personal Information to us is completely voluntary. “Personal Information” is information that specifically identifies you. We do not collect Personal Information unless you submit that information to us.

You may directly provide us with your email address if you contact us via email or agree to receive direct marketing. While we will never collect or store your social media information, if you contact us on social media, you understand that you are providing us with any Personal Information that is made publicly available on your social media account. We may also collect other information that you directly provide us, including marketing and communications data (e.g., your preferences in receiving marketing from us).

You may also choose to provide your phone number over the App in order to claim free crypto. If you do, your number will be de-identified through a one-way encryption algorithm, and not stored as Personal Information. We will never retain your actual phone number on our servers.

We do not directly collect your payment information over the Services. Payment information goes directly to our third-party payment processor.

Registering for the Services will require you to generate a seed phrase or import a seed phrase from an existing wallet. We do not store this information. Please note that with the exception of your initial registration, we will never ask you to share your private keys or wallet seed. Never trust any person, company, or website that asks you to enter your private keys or wallet seed.

We, our service providers, or our third-party partners may also automatically collect information from you when you use our Services. Such information does not directly identify you as an individual and may include:

We reserve the right to supplement your Personal Information with information we gather from other sources which may include online and offline sources. Finally, we may permit our vendors and subcontractors to access your Personal Information, but they are only permitted to do so in connection with performing services for us. They are not authorized by us to use the information for their own benefit.

As noted above, we may collect information that is not Personal Information (“Non-Personal Information”), including information lawfully made available from federal, state, or local government records, or aggregate or de-identified information. Because Non-Personal Information does not personally identify you, we may collect, use, and disclose such information for any purpose permitted by law. In some instances, we may combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information. If we combine any Non-Personal Information with Personal Information, the combined information will be treated by us as Personal Information.

Additionally, we may analyze public blockchain data to ensure parties utilizing our Services are not engaged in illegal or prohibited activity under our Terms, and to analyze transaction trends for research and development purposes.

To further clarify, we partner with third parties that collect information across various channels, including offline and online, for purposes of delivering more relevant advertising to you or your business. Our partners may place or recognize a cookie on your computer, device, or directly in our emails/communications, and we may share Personal Information with them if you have submitted such information to us. Our partners use this information to recognize you across different channels and platforms, including but not limited to, computers, mobile devices, and Smart TVs, over time for advertising, analytics, attribution, and reporting purposes.

The Services may also integrate with social networking services. We do not control such services and are not liable for the manner in which they operate. The security of your information is very important to us. We attempt to provide for the secure transmission of your information from your devicesto our servers by utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) encryption, when reasonably available. However, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and the Company, or information stored on the Services or our servers, will be free from unauthorized access by third parties such as hackers, and your use of the Services demonstrates your assumption of this risk. Our Website and Services are intended for users ages 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors. When we become aware that Personal Information (or other information that is protected under applicable law) from a child under 16 has been collected, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our databases. Opting Out of Messages. To opt out of any future promotional messages from us, you should send an unsubscribe request to us at privacy@InternetMoney.io.
